Wedding Video Guestbook

To celebrate the launch of our fabulous Video Guest Book, we’re offering a 2-hour Video Guest Book hire for FREE to one lucky couple.

We’ll deliver the Video Guest Book to your venue, set everything up so it looks AMAZING, and your guests can leave unlimited video messages for up to one-minute each, for the two hour duration. Our staff member will be in attendance throughout to ensure that your guests feel comfortable and know what to do. 

We’ll also throw in a bespoke template, tailored to your wedding. After the wedding, you’ll receive digital copies of all of the videos taken.

Terms & Conditions

Eligibility and Selection

  • The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom, aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.
  • The competition is free of charge to entrants with a wedding booked between Wednesday 1st May 2024 and Wednesday 31st July 2024 in London, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Essex, Hertfordshire, Kent or Surrey. 
  • We will accept one entry per wedding – duplicate entries will be removed.
  • The full Wedding Venue address, including postcode, must be provided upon entry – entries with incomplete addresses will be removed.
  • Entrants agree that images and video from the day may be used for marketing purposes, online and/or in print.
  • Entries close on Tuesday 30th April 2024. The draw will be made on Wednesday 1st May 2024 and the winner notified by Friday 3rd May 2024. The chosen date must be between the present day and Wednesday 31st July 2024 inclusive.

The Prize

  • The prize includes:
    Video Guest Book for a 2-hour hire period. Your guests can make unlimited visits to the Video Guestbook for the 2-hour hire period to record video messages. Videos can be up to one-minute. Following the event, you will receive digital copies of all videos taken during the hire. Your choice of Bespoke Template, tailored to your event. The Video Guest Book is fully manned and staffed for the duration of hire, with staff that want to get the best out of your event.
  • One winning couple will be chosen. If we are unable to contact the winner within 5 days, a new prize winner will be selected.
  • No cash alternative and the prize is non-transferable.
  • The competition cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
