Booking Fees

Before paying your booking fee of £60, please first confirm the details of your booking and time and date of your event with us by email or telephone on:

Please note, your booking will not be confirmed until your booking fee has been paid and booking form completed.

 

All booking fees are non-refundable once secured against a date.

 

Please use your full name and surname / date of hire as the payment reference.

 

Payments can be made via bank transfer, debit or credit card, or PayPal.

 

 

 

 

Balances and Payment Plans

The full/final balance is due for all bookings 14 days prior to your event date.

 

You will be sent an invoice detailing what needs to be paid and when.

 

If you would like to pay in installments leading up to your event, please contact us for more details.

 

Cancellation

By completing the booking form and paying the booking fee you are committing to the products/services booked. Your date is secured and we turn other bookings away so that we can fulfil your contract. For full details of our cancellation policy, please read our Terms and Conditions HERE.

In the event of cancellation by the client, the following cancellation fees will apply in addition to the £60 booking fee:

More than 90 days from the event date: No fee payable (further than the £60 booking fee)
Between 61 and 90 days before the event: 25% of the balance
Between 31 and 60 days before the event: 50% of the balance
Between 15 and 30 days before the event: 75% of the balance
Within 14 days before the event: 100% of the balance
